Hello, I’m Karen — a Reiki practitioner and developing medium dedicated to helping others find balance, healing, and peace.
My journey into energy work began after a life-changing experience — a heart attack brought on by years of stress. In that moment, I realized how deeply disconnected I had become from my own energy, my body, and my spirit. That awakening inspired me to slow down, to listen, and to rebuild my life around presence, peace, and purpose.
Through daily meditation, self-care, and the gentle power of Reiki, I learned that healing is not only physical — it’s emotional, spiritual, and energetic. Each step on this path has reminded me of the light that exists within all of us.
My connection with spirit began early in life. When my father passed away when I was thirteen, I often felt his loving presence around me. As I’ve deepened my spiritual practice and studied mediumship, I’ve come to understand those experiences as part of a lifelong gift — one that allows me to connect with spirit in a compassionate and healing way.
Today, I combine Reiki energy healing with intuitive and mediumistic guidance to help others release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with the love and wisdom within and around them.
It’s my mission to hold a calm, sacred space where you can breathe deeply, find clarity, and feel the gentle flow of healing energy guiding you home to yourself.
